At TTCENTERGEMS, we ship two very different kinds of products worldwide — delicate handcrafted jewelry and large natural-stone sculptures — so shipping method and timing depend on what you order.

Delivery
- Jewelry & small items: delivered directly to your door by courier; a signature may be required for high-value pieces.
- Large sculptures: curb-side delivery by trucking company. This includes delivery to your curb or driveway, but not moving the item into your home, garden, or installation location, unless White-Glove or Installation Support was purchased separately.
Free Shipping
All prices listed on our website for in-stock items are all-inclusive of freight to the address given at checkout (Continental US), unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Insurance
Every order is covered by full transit insurance against loss or damage. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the item, its packaging, and the shipping label immediately, and email support@ttcentergems.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a free replacement.
Customs & Duties
Our all-inclusive pricing covers import duties and US customs clearance for standard US orders. For international orders outside the US, or where noted on the product page, any customs fees, taxes, or duties at destination are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom-sized statues, custom stone selection, and bespoke jewelry require additional artisan carving/crafting time (typically 2–6 weeks) before shipping begins. Your confirmation email will include an estimated ship date.
