Q: Where are your products shipped from? A: Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans and shipped directly from our workshop in Da Nang, Vietnam—a region world-renowned for its traditional stone carving heritage and natural gemstone artistry.

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? A: For US orders under $800, there are generally no import duties or customs fees. For orders above this amount or shipping to other international destinations, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
